The Not A Template Contest

Win an owned website. Not a rented one.

NotACatStore started as a fake cat store and became the proof: a fast static storefront, a real catalog, a checkout path, and source files that do not disappear when a platform account stops billing. We are turning that proof outward.

Ten standard website winners

Build fee waived. Up to five static pages: home, about, services/menu, gallery/proof, contact. Mobile layout, basic local SEO metadata, crawl files, SSL, and portable source handoff included.

First three years of Discnxt static hosting included. Domain registration is included only if Discnxt can register a reasonable available domain without premium pricing; otherwise winner may bring an existing domain or pay pass-through domain cost.

One owned ecommerce starter winner

Build fee waived for an owned ecommerce starter based on the NotACatStore architecture. Static storefront, Saleor-backed starter catalog, up to ten initial products, cart/checkout setup, and source handoff included.

First three years of Discnxt ecommerce hosting included. Payment processor fees, shipping, taxes, inventory, print-provider costs, and any paid provider order are the winner's responsibility.

Real-world truth

Live payment capture happens only after the winner connects and verifies their own payment processor credentials. Ongoing edits after launch are not unlimited support; winners can email Discnxt for changes under the normal service path.
